About · native iPhone app
Built for clarity, not clutter.
Medical costs are hard to interpret. PocketRatio turns out-of-pocket spending into one plain number so you can understand what changed without linking a bank account or navigating a noisy dashboard.
Why the ratio matters
Knowing what percentage of income goes to care helps with planning, stress, and decision-making. PocketRatio keeps that number visible every time you log an expense.
One number
Track out-of-pocket spend as a share of income using Standard IRS or after-essentials math.
Budget context
Compare actual spending with your monthly target and annual OOP cap.
Fast capture
Log by hand, scan a receipt, or use Siri shortcuts when you want less friction.
Readable breakdowns
See spending by Premium, Medication, Direct care, Lab, and Other.
Portable data
Import and export CSV so your records stay easy to move.
Demo friendly
Try sample data first, then use Sign in with Apple for your own records.
