Privacy Policy
PocketRatio keeps your medical records private. All data lives on your device. If you sign in with Apple, records sync through your personal iCloud — not our servers.
What we collect
- Your name and email, only if provided through Sign in with Apple
- Expense entries: amount, category, date, and optional notes
- Income, budget, and out-of-pocket cap settings
- App preferences (math model, alert threshold)
How we use it
- To calculate your out-of-pocket ratio and budget progress
- To generate on-device summaries and local alerts
- To sync data across your own Apple devices via iCloud
What we don't do
- We do not sell your data.
- We do not share expense records with advertisers.
- We do not link to bank accounts.
Your controls
- Edit or delete any expense at any time inside the app.
- Sign out and delete all local data from Profile settings.
- Export your data as CSV at any time.
